Documents required for registration( for 2012-2013 Academic year)
- The original diploma got from the high school the student graduate from or new dated temporary graduation certificate.,
- For the students placed via DGS examination,the original of the Vocational High School Diploma or new dated temporary graduation certificate,
- For the students placed via DGS examination,the original of the transcript got from the vocational High schol they graduate from,
- The document showing which school or department they graduate from If the candidates are placed benefiting from 0,15 coefficient or additional point, or with open admission, but their department are not stated on the graduation certificate or diploma(The name of the center preparing the diploma is written as the school name on diploma of the students graduate from METEM Programs.)
- The copy of ID card.(with ID number)
- 12 pcs 4,5 x 6 colored photograph
- For the male candidates born in 1990 or before, Military State Certificate got from related recruiting office concerning that “ There is no inconvenience to be registered to a faculty or collage.”
- Original bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid
- The original of the signed and completely filled student’s application form.This form can be downloaded from our university web site.Form will be filled and printed then it will be signed.
- The candidate students wanting to study in flight training department must fulfill the conditions expected for student pilot licence which are stated in 24th article in the Aircraft Pilot Licence Regulations (SHY-1) published in the 26190 numbered and 06.06.2006 dated official gazzette.
The given conditions are stated below:
Having a first class health certificate prepared by Civil Aviation General Directorate (SGHM) or by an aviational medical center authorized by SGHM and on the health certificate, that it is stated that “there is no disability to fly as a responsible pilot in certificated aircrafts with one pilot” are required.

- On condition that there is a lack of document, students cannot be registered.
- Candidates are required to apply personally for registration .there is no registration via post.
- Candidates who do not enroll between the declared dates cannot claim any right.
- The first semester’s tuition fee is required to be paid before exact registration.
- Non-noterized copies of the documents wanting for the regisration are not accepted,but on condition that the originals are brought, the copies stamped by the University are accepted.
- High Education Institutions may want candidates who will be registered to get a health council report
- Our university is authorized to begin a legal process against the candidates registering by misstating.
